Mission:  SoulWorks raises Vibration in the Body of Business through Educational Awareness and Understanding of Core-Level Vibrations that Build or Erode, then Develop Strategies that Align and Strengthen the Spinal Structures of our Client Businesses. 

All in life is vibration.  This is something we rarely consider in the workplace, yet there it is.  You, as the Owner or Executive leading your company, have begun an organization that was borne out of the passion of your soul…or, at least, as a way to support your family and perhaps contribute a little something to the world! 

Your company began with an intent, a purpose and an expectation of success – all high vibration frequencies.  As a company grows, it expands product line, employees, customers and vendors – all of which interact with the frequency of your company.  What we don’t consider in the workplace is that each person, each idea, each emotional thought is a vibration that affects the frequency of your workplace.  Add to that, your families, your customers and their families, your vendors and their families  - all contribute a frequency of interaction.

Sometimes these frequencies are in alignment, creating and maintaining smooth relationships and added success.  Most, however, are not in alignment, creating and maintaining chaotic relationships and unforeseen disruption.  All that occurs in your processes, in your departments, in your offices and in your business is occurring with a foundational vibration of the emotional mix within the walls of your building.  Anyone integrated into the relationships of your business adds to that mix. 

At first look, raising the vibration within your business appears to be an insurmountable task.  We have, as a society, created international standards for vendor relations, customer service departments for customer relations and human resource departments for our employee relations.  Yet, we continue to encounter more and more issues.

We are Intuitive Consultants with great understanding of business and expertise in hidden vibration.  We have combined our talents to guide the Executive or Business Owner in the understanding of underlying vibrations that erode success.  Then, we assist in the application of changing the navigation system that creates and feeds misalignment.
