We live in an abundant world. As a species living in this century, we work, we play and everyone is doing what they know to live a life of happiness. As each individual moves through the years, we hope to progress into an easier way of living. In our progression, work is a key factor helping us to achieve our dreams. What we do for work and how it supports our life goals plays a significant role in our happiness during our lifetime. People are meant to prosper, as are the companies we work for - yet, there is still a high rate of employee dissatisfaction which companies struggle to overcome through incentive, wellness and a large variety of recognition programs. We have worked endlessly with what we know in an attempt to create harmony within a company in order to get on with the business of the day. However, there is still a large gap between actual and desired prosperity. Through proven research, we now have the ability to affect change of those unknown and unseen disparities that cause upset. We can now measure vibrational rates of consciousness and apply the process to a business structure. Using a combination of Conscious Communication and Highest Good focus, one is able to appropriately (1) align the tasks of a position with the purpose of a company, (2) select the best choice candidate for a position or (3) create an environment of higher absorption of information to learn a skill, improve communication or increase productivity. With many more ways to affect change, a business has the ability to fully align itself into a higher level of productivity and prosperity. |
